WEEK 1
1) Hold space for at least one 4-Feelings Check-in for another person. Share your experience in the Telegram group.
2) Share in writing with the Telegram group at least one possibility you create for your client to connect with their feelings when they are numb. You can not repeat the same possibility as others.
WEEK 2
1) On three different days greet your team in the Telegram group by making a ONE TAKE VIDEO (it means you have one try) of max 1 minute in a totally different identity than your default identity. Your chosen identity is in the 1st position.
WEEK 3
1) Complete the unmixing emotions session with your partner.
2) Watch the videos “Map of mixed emotions”, “Emotions≠Feelings” and “unmixing emotions” (not uploaded yet, coming soon)
WEEK 4
Watch the videos and activate your noticing about the mixed emotions that the client is feeling. Find out which emotions are these before they are mentioned. The most important times are specified below each video. Make notes and bring your questions for next time or write them in the Q&A section.

WEEK 5
Watch the complete video. Identify and make notes about the tools that Anne-Chloé uses in the process.
I recommend you to have the Document printed out so you can identify the steps one by one (read the whole document first).
WEEK 6
Choose a partner from the Healing Team and hold space for each other. Each of you will go through an EHP and hold space for an EHP. You will have the opportunity to navigate an emerging space not knowing what it will come up.
Possible start point for an old/new decision process could be to say “I want to change my story about men/money/intimacy/my purpose/my mother, etc. After the session today jump into the cold water and give it a go!
