Shift identity to Possibilitator > Being present in small now
1st Position > be unhookable, go stellar
Create and navigate space > set context, make distinctions, discover doorways.
Make contact > experimentally distinction Gremlin/Being/Box “being with”
Go non linear and unreasonable
Creating Possibility
Legend making
We explored the context of an EHP with the main distinction that and EHP is an emerging space. Therefore you can not rely on any “method”, you are your own instrument. To ensure it plays at the correct pitch you need to tune your instrument and practice! Getting your X on the map is essential. For that you need to activate the capacity of self observation and step consciously into rapid learning, practicing to give and receive feedback/coaching from the team.
Bei being present in the small now your capacity of noticing increases. As soon you have any kind of emotional reaction part of your attention is not available to you in the small now. You need your attention to recognise the golden keys in an EHP. Bei being present your fear will rise. If there is emotional fear write down the EHP that you need to do. If there is fear as a feeling, lean into that fear and use the information to navigate the space.
Offering an EHP is creating possibility. Shifting identity offers possibilities that you box doesn’t know about. You can refine your internal agility to access the resources that are necessary for the navigation of the space by shifting your identity into a Possibilitator. If the gremlin is the king/queen of your underworld based in low drama, the Possibilitator is the one who creates high drama allowing the bright principles to come through.
You have a box you are not your box. Your identity is not you. It is one of infinite possibilities. What is you default identity which you would consider your “personality”? Be aware that your box will feel resistance to shift identity and your gremlin will enjoy it. Enjoying to be a shapeshifter or enjoying to create low drama in self judgment .
What is your X on the map regarding your presence and your ability to shift identity ?
Vacuum and pressure
VACUUM
If you feel attacked by a force of pressure you can always fight, flee, or freeze. Our box defence strategy is not so defended against a vacuum!
What do you do when you experience a force of vacuum?
What do you do when someone approaches cautiously and sincerely wants to listen to you in order to understand you without criticism or judgement?
What do you do when their authentic curiosity asks open-ended questions that cannot be answered right or wrong, wishing simply to learn about how it is inside of you?
What do you do when someone offers you a vacuum of acceptance, support, and gratitude? When only you can help them relieve the pain of their confusion about what is really going on for you?
Here is where it is important for you to learn an entirely different skillset for interacting: Learn to deliver fierce, radically-honest, vacuum questions.
A vacuum is an empty Space of nothingness. Your job is to become a vacuum pump, a force that removes all the pressure that could possible exist from the Space of the conversation.
Then, when the psychological defence strategy reflexively pushes against your vacuum using its usual defensive style against pressure, it instead explodes itself from internal pressure and falls open into vulnerability and presence with you.
Suddenly a different person is standing across from you and you can relate in an entirely different manner. Whereas, before, they were defending against an attack using all their standard offensive and defensive tactics learned and practiced over a lifetime, now their own presence surprises them. They experience anew their own capacity to inquire in themselves about your vacuum question.
Your practice in Rapid Learning Through Vacuum when this impulse arises, is to immediately shift to a state of not knowing. Shift to sincerely wanting to understand how a person like them in circumstances like these could possibly think, feel, say, not say, do, or not do exactly what they are doing right now. You really do not get it. What is going on in there? You are lost. You are asking for a Reality Check. You beg them for their ‘X’ on the map as sensed from the inside.
Decide that you want to be connected with this person, that you want to be present with them where they actually are – not where you assume they are – so that you can fruitfully proceed with them into the next thing.
Pressure
Rapid Learning Through Pressure
Recently we have discovered that there are two forms of Rapid Learning, the original Rapid Learning Through Pressure, and a new form, Rapid Learning Through Vacuum. Both forms are useful in their proper place.
STEP 1: Planning is insufficient. So, Go!
Rapid Learning invites you to skip most of your pre-planning efforts and start immediately with trying something. That is why STEP 1 in Rapid Learning is Go!
Think about what often happens to your carefully-made plans the moment you actually take an action… Right! Your plans no longer apply! This is because whatever tiny first action you make changes the circumstances in ways that cannot be predicted during the planning stages.
Were you ever stuck at Go!? (Yes.)
Being stuck at Go! is your soul hiding out.
STEP 2: Pressure Arrives: Beep!
It is easy to imagine that by not Go!ing you can avoid STEP 2 in Rapid Learning Through Pressure, which is to receive Feedback!
Hesitating as a strategy to avoid feedback is hilarious because the whole Universe is a gigantic feedback generator. You get feedback whether you Go! or Stay! So why not do what you really want?
It can make you far more enthusiastic about asking for feedback if you recognize that there are only two kinds of feedback you could possibly receive. The first kind is Go! This means that what you tried is working, so keep going: return to Go! and Go! again.
That may be shocking. If you have invested everything in your efforts and made a gigantic push to Go! and you succeed, then what you might most want to do at that point is back-off and take a holiday. But if – contrary to your wishes – everyone around you says. “Keep going!”, then Go! may be the most challenging kind of feedback to receive! Did this ever happen to you? (Yes.)
The second kind of feedback you can be given is Beep! which simply means that what you tried does not work very well. The results could be better. A Beep! suggests that it might be worth trying something different.
If you went to school, one of the first things you learned is that Beep!s are bad. A Beep! invokes that sinking feeling in your belly when the teacher calls out your name to answer a question. Sadly, one of the biggest take-homes from school is the terror of being Beep!ed. We learn to lie, cheat, and steal anything to avoid being Beep!ed.
If you receive a Beep! and you have the thoughtware wired up in your mind that Beep!s are bad, then you easily fall into the Beep! Swamp. Clarity gives you power. If you hear a voice, you are in the Swamp. This is useful information. A voice either criticizes or praises you or others. Even one voice signals that you are definitely in the swamp! That is your “X” on the map. Understanding that when you hear a voice in your head you are in the Beep! Swamp is so effective it can seem magical. The magic is that through taking responsibility for being where you are you create the possibility of being somewhere else.
STEP 3: Move Your Point of Origin: Shift!
This takes you to STEP 3 in Rapid Learning Through Pressure: Shift!
Shift! means to move your ‘point-of-origin’ – the place from which you are perceiving and deciding things. Shift your interpretations, your plan, your criteria for success, your posture, your focus of attention, your purpose, your velocity of delivery, your intention, your attitude, your intention, your tone of voice...
Shift! something! Anything! Try something completely different.
Here is a fascinating thoughtware upgrade to replace the old thoughtware you might still be implementing from your school days.
STANDARD THOUGHTWARE: A Beep! is an embarrassing sign of stupidity.
UPGRADED THOUGHTWARE: A Beep! is a strategy redesign proposal.
Your Shift! brings you back to Go! where you immediately implement your new behavior in your next try.
This is Rapid Learning. Go! Get your Feedback.
If the Feedback is Go! say, “Thanks for the feedback,” and keep Go!ing.
If the Feedback is Beep! say, “Thanks for the feedback,” and use the Beep! to Shift! your starting point, your style, your rules about how to behave
If anyone ever asked you to give them feedback and coaching, you know from your own experience of giving feedback and coaching that your own support team is not bored. When you ask them for feedback and coaching, each person’s full-band-width intelligence is thoroughly called into action through ‘parallel play’ – everyone creating value at the same time. Each coach invents and communicates original clarity and possibilities for you, which keeps them in a state of ecstasy, because 5 Body-creating often feels like being in love!

Unfolding Process
There are two ways to expand your Box:
Pressure: Distinctions, rapid learning, feedback, look at the box closely, build matrix.
Vacuum: Ultra-safe held space, curiosity (dangerous questions), new tools, new possibilities, let it burn to ashes unfold into chaos. The reordering take care of it self.
I recommend you to go through an unfolding process 1-2/year as part of your own evolution hygiene!
Resentments and withdrawing expectations
Resentment is a form of being right. We can either be right or be in relationship. Resentment is a decision to hate that we are unwilling to change for fear of being hurt again (betrayed, abused, abandoned, etc.). Resentment is an obstacle in the present, because the decision – conscious or not – persists in the present. A resentment is an obstacle to love. Either resentment happens or love happens.
